 We offer design services from a simple condo to corporate offices.  In the design of an existing space, we can help to edit current furnishings – then develop a plan to accommodate new pieces as needed.  

 With a new space, we offer custom design tailored to the tastes and needs of the client, rather than using a formula design template or a signature style. We believe that materials must be suited for the space.

 Classic design is timeless – we can not stress this enough. Contemporary, modern, tropical, Eclectics – no matter which style one selects, balance, proportion, scale

And color pallet must work in harmony – and not compete with each other.

There must be a common thread throughout the space. . Contiguous design from space to space assures a natural flow from one area to another resulting in spaces that are comfortable and livable as well as elegant and timeless.

 Whether old or new the result is a project that stresses individually, style and sophistication. We pride ourselves in our consistent attention to detail and a clear focus on function. We use dedicated local artisans to create furnishings and artwork in our design, and try to use local materials whenever possible.

 Turn key condo packages

 Rather than offering the typical condo package – with specified pieces and color selections, we prefer to create a condo package after a site visitation. This insures a balance of scale and volume, and insures that pieces fit the space without overwhelming it.

Suitability and appropriateness of materials is an important key to good design – we recommend materials that are easy care, and made to withstand heavy use. We design so that there is a common element to the space, so the result is a space that flows from one area to another rather than competing with each other.

 Designing a home for someone is a situation that allows a space to become a unique reflection of the people who will be living there.  A space that is planned for the tastes and personalities

 Respect of natural beauty of the property, we avoid pieces that would compete or take away from the vista or other focal points.

We base our design on the total environment and treat exterior areas the same as interior spaces
